Adelante Mujer Latina (AML) Conference is designed to inform, encourage and inspire young girls to take school seriously, work hard, make smart choices, think big, plan and prepare for the future, and take advantage of every opportunity so that they may achieve their career goals and have a positive impact in their lives, their families and communities.  

More on our 2011 AML Conference

Over 1,500 attended our 2011 AML Conference, with  middle and high school girls representing 110 schools from throughout Los Angeles, Ventura and Riverside Counties.   

Over 100 workshops were presented by Latina professionals on a variety of career options and topics including, but not limited to:  Business; Finance; Entertainment; Fashion; Creative Arts; Medicine; Science; Engineering; Law; Preparing for College and Financial Aid, just to name a few.
