Adelante Young Men is designed to inform, encourage and inspire young boys to take school seriously, work hard, make smart choices, think big, plan and prepare for the future, and take advantage of every opportunity so that they may achieve their career goals and have a positive impact in their lives, their families and communities.  

More on our 2011 AYM Conference

Over 400 attended our 2011 AYM Conference, with high school boys representing 48 schools from various counties.

Over 70 workshops sessions were presented by Latino professionals on a variety of career options and topics including, but not limited to:  Business; Finance; Entertainment; Creative Arts; Medicine; Science; Engineering; Law; Preparing for College and Financial Aid, just to name a few.
